LEGAL :- All disputes with respect to the Programs and Courses conducted by APEX Pharmacy & Paramedical Institute. and all services and content (both online and offline) provided by them, shall be subject to the Jurisdiction of Delhi Courts alone. All disputes pertaining to APEX Pharmacy & Paramedical Institute Programs and Courses will be resolved by APEX Pharmacy & Paramedical Institute at its sole discretion. Decision of APEX Pharmacy & Paramedical Institute in this regard shall be final and binding on the Candidate / Students.
